While being a DJ at KXLU 88.9 Los Angeles, I have acquired a nice little collection of cd's. If you know me.. you might know that I am not big on disks and would rather have everyone send me LPs/45's

Although that's expensive and I seem to get a lot of CD's sent my way. Iv been on the search for a good CD case to hold my collection and throw away those stupid jewel cases.
I think I finally found what I have been looking for!

http://www.hipce.com/

Its has a contemporary steal feel, with a modern edge and holds 180 disks. At around $25.00 its the coolest CD case storage that I have yet to find.
Now if only they made a record box like that.... I guess thats another search..

a trip to sf

I was in San Fransisco this past weekend and I have to say sf always manages to take a piece of my heart. SF is so design conscious, makes me wonder why L.A isn't catching up.
I came across this great little shop www.parklifestore.com, right before I had to leave and they had this killer deck set designed by Andrew Schoultz. priced at 300.00 its a dream piece for the right person.

also this random little clock stole my attention one night, and was the main reason for me wanting to come back to this shop in the morning.

Here are a few images from my trip.
